REPAIR REQUEST

REPAIRS:
We've got your back and offer a one-year warranty on Sierra Winter Jewelry. We are confident in the quality & workmanship of our jewelry, and for one year from the date of purchase, we'll take care of reasonable repairs/damages to the workmanship of your piece if they should occur.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear (i.e. scratches, bends), improper storage or use, lost jewelry, modifications made done by a third party, or naturally-occuring imperfections not considered damage (i.e. variations in stone color, hairline cracks in stones). Sample sale & discounted pieces are also not covered by the warranty. If you purchased a piece from one of our stockists or another third party, you will need to contact them directly.

Please report your damage as soon as it occurs so that we can make it right by filling out a Repair Request Form below. We will determine if we are able to repair your piece. For us to best serve you, we may require any defective piece to be sent back to us for inspection and quality auditing. 

REPLATING:
Need to have your gold vermeil jewelry replated? Please fill out the request. While the majority of pieces can be replated, it does have to be determined by us for certain. Reasonable replating is covered under our one-year warranty. After one year from the date of purchase, the replating cost will be a flat 20% of the price of the item. 

(Do keep in mind that jewelry will naturally tarnish over time when exposed to the air, skin, and other elements. Most often, you just need to show that baby some love with a polishing cloth. Buy one here. And read about some other tips to keep your jewelry shiny & fresh here on our blog!)

We will determine if we are able to repair your piece, and will proceed from there with shipping instructions!

We reserve the right to deny request for repair. We do not pay for shipping and are not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Please ship jewelry in a box. Jewelry sent back in an envelope will not be eligible for repair. Please ship insured and with tracking.
