However, being a small business, we do not offer a lifetime guarantee on jewelry.
We will make reasonable repairs to items within 90 days of purchase. After 90 days, a $10 repair cost will apply. If a replacement is necessary, pricing will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
We will be able to make repairs if a chain is broken or if a stone falls out.
We will be unable to replace a chain entirely or re-plate your jewelry.
Do keep in mind that jewelry will naturally tarnish over time when exposed to the air, skin, and other elements. Most often, you just need to show that baby some love with a polishing cloth. Buy one here.
