Returns
Unworn jewelry in original packaging may be returned within 30 days for exchange or store credit. Shipping costs will be deducted from the credit amount. All sale jewelry and non-jewelry items are final sale. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Returns and exchanges are also accepted at our Kansas City store.
Sterling Silver
Sterling silver is composed of 92.5% pure silver, the highest quality standard used in jewelry. Our sterling silver pieces are stamped “925” to mark their authenticity. Hypoallergenic and designed to be worn often.
18K Gold Plated Brass
Crafted with a durable brass base and finished with a layer of 18K gold. Brass provides strength and substance, making it ideal for demi-fine jewelry designed to be worn often with mindful care. Nickel-free and hypoallergenic.
Sterling Silver Plated Brass
Made with a brass base and finished with sterling silver plating. Designed to offer the look and feel of silver while remaining lightweight, wearable, and accessible. Nickel-free and hypoallergenic.
Gold Vermeil
Gold vermeil features a thick layer of 18K gold plated over sterling silver. Our vermeil pieces are plated with 2.5 microns of gold, with rings plated at 4 microns. Our gold vermeil pieces are stamped “925” to mark their authenticity. Outside of solid gold, gold vermeil is considered a high-quality demi-fine standard.
Gemstones
All gemstones are natural, not lab-created. Subtle variations in color and clarity are part of what makes each piece unique.
To keep your jewelry looking its best, gently wipe with a soft, dry cloth after wear. For a deeper refresh, use one of our jewelry cleaning pens or foaming cleaners.
Avoid water, heavy sweat, and sprays such as perfume, lotion, sunscreen, or hair products while wearing. Store your jewelry in a pouch or baggie when not in use.
Like all demi-fine jewelry, natural patina and finish wear may develop over time.

Frequently asked questions
We recommend removing jewelry before showering, swimming, and sweating. This will best preserve the color and shine of the metal, and will keep the gemstones looking their best.
There are no rules! But for some general guidelines, begin with a shorter necklace that rests just above your collarbone as your base. Next, add a slightly longer pendant or charm necklace to create some depth. Finally, finish with a chain or main statement piece. Have fun with it!
